Our client, an outstanding-rated secondary school in Morden, South London, seeks an enthusiastic and creative Art teacher to join their dynamic team from January. About The Role
The ideal candidate will possess a qualified Art Teacher status with proven experience teaching KS3/4 and KS5 students. ECT Art Teachers are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Art lessons to KS3/4 and KS5 pupils
- Collaborate closely with fellow Art teachers to develop and implement a rigorous Art curriculum
- Spearhead and mentor extracurricular Art activities
- Nurture students' academic and personal growth
- Art-related degree
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
The salary for this Art Teacher position will be aligned with the MPS/UPS scale.
