About the Company - We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, providing expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters. This role involves handling complex transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.



About the Role -


  • Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, shareholder agreements, and terms of service.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in decision-making processes.
  • Assist clients in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and manage risk.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and at meetings, as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Qualifications:


  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software.
