This will include: LVIA’s, LVA, EIA’s, Management Plans, Opportunities and Constraints Assessments, Management Plans, GI and Landscape Strategies and Method Statements.

Alongside this, you will be taking on a key client facing role, meeting clients and forming strong working relationships, helping to win your own work for the company.

Role Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of planning policy and legislation frameworks.
  • Strong project management experience and skills.
  • Experience working in a client facing capacity.
  • Very strong communication skills, able to clearly and concisely liaise with clients, LPAs etc.
  • Proven record of winning work and effective business development.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
  • Being a Chartered member of the Landscape Institute is highly desirable.
  • A keen interest in developing and mentoring new/existing team members is also desirable.
