Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – HR

Location: London, UK


Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing the ServiceNow HR Case Management system and transitioning our HR & Payroll systems to Workday HR. This position requires collaboration with our Boston-based team and provides ongoing support and enhancement of Workday HRIS.


Must have Workday configuration experience


Key Responsibilities:

  • System Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with users to understand needs, identify enhancements, document system modifications, and create user stories.
  • Process Improvement: Document current and future process flows, identify gaps, and strategize solutions to support business objectives.
  • Solution Implementation: Act as a liaison between business, developers, project managers, and third-party vendors. Configure Workday HR solutions, develop test plans, and facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials, provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate resolutions effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience with Workday HRIS, business and systems analysis, and all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or equivalent experience.
