Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at IMPACT EVOLVE. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, and online marketing. The role is based in Peterborough, with flexibility for remote work. The aim of the role is to solidify our brand and messaging across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage engaging marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and create engaging posts.
- Support photo shoots and develop marketing materials.
- Produce impactful video content, including case studies for our website.
- Create marketing collateral and graphic design elements to support campaigns.
- Perform copywriting to craft compelling messages and stories.
- Strategise and formulate custom marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design and creating marketing collateral.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Proven ability to drive change in fast-paced, multi-channel businesses.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content creation.
