Following a packed calendar of hugely successful pop ups, Lil’ Nashville has now found its forever home in Chiswick, West London, and is looking for a Head Chef to be a part of this exciting new venture.


Inspired by the BBQ joints of Nashville, Tennessee, we’ll be serving up a classic Southern menu in our bustling 140 cover restaurant and bar, where our guests will enjoy live country music, line dancing, whiskey cocktails, US beers and good honest fun - right in the heart of Chiswick.


Opening in January 2025, we are now searching for a Head Chef to complete our senior management team and help us fire up the kitchen in preparation


If you tick the following, we’d love to hear from you:

- Proven expertise in menu creation and development

- Skill and passion for Southern BBQ flavours and techniques

- Proven 5* food, health and safety standards

- Confidence in working with owners/directors

- Comfortable leading a team in a busy, volume setting

- A strong people manager, able to command respect and trust from their team

- New opening experience


In return, we offer a unique and exciting opportunity including:

- Set up your own kitchen and recruit your own team

- Be a key member of the senior management team

- Earn up to £50,000 per year
