About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a proven track record in the software space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira, Agile, and Scrum development methodologies and excel at managing the end-to-end delivery of projects in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on managing and scheduling the flow of client bug requests, new feature requests, and longer-term development projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and monitor projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  • Project Management Methodology: Evaluate and determine the most suitable project management methodology for our team, with full autonomy to design and implement workflows, ceremonies, and daily task management processes that best suit our goals and working style.
  • Jira Administration: Manage workflows and maintain Jira boards to ensure accurate tracking of tasks and project progress.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between the development team, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide updates and ensure smooth communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyse project performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the software industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in Jira.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering a productive and positive team culture.
