Business Analyst Position – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the Role: Our client are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join their team in Manchester. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to spend three days a week in their vibrant office and two days working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Utilise your expertise in airline booking tools and GDS systems to support various projects.
  • Create detailed business documentation and reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of airline booking tools and GDS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
