Hybrid: minimum 6 days per month in office

Salary: £40-60k



Enterprise Applications Analyst with strong experience of M365 and teams required by a global Law Firm based in Manchester. Experience with iManage highly advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity, with hybrid working arrangements (1-2 days a week in the office), paying up to £60k (dependant on experience).


Skills / experience required:

  • iManage experience highly advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of M365 and MS Teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Previous 2nd/3rd line support experience
  • Experience working in a similar professional services environment (e.g. Law Firm, Accountancy, Financial Services, Insurance, etc)


Key responsibilities:

  • Support design implementation and maintenance of enterprise software application platforms
  • Proposing upgrades and additional software solutions that will benefit the firm
  • Troubleshooting software problems
  • Installing, maintaining, and upgrading software for users; making recommendations for optimal use
  • Assisting in creating of training materials and delivery of training regarding specialised applications.
