  • Drive Sales and KPIs: Achieve business KPIs, including sales targets, payroll, stock loss, and controllable costs.
  • Stay Commercially Savvy: Be responsive to current sales trends and maximize sales opportunities with effective visual merchandising.
  • Understand Market Trends: Analyze sales and competitor figures to make informed suggestions for driving sales.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all operational policies and procedures, focusing on stock and cash security.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Conduct research to build customer loyalty and demonstrate a deep understanding of our customers and marketplace.
