We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our successful Response Maintenance Business. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs and maintenance for our reputable Social Housing client, with homes based throughout the East Midlands areas. We want to hear from like-minded individuals who truly care about improving people’s homes and lives.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Undertaking multi-trade work in void properties to complete repair work, including plastering, fencing, groundworks, joinery, plumbing, UPVC, and other general repairs.
  • Completing a target output of 6 jobs per day, attending to reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, as well as planned (void) refurbishment jobs.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of yourself, the team, and customers, with all relevant documentation completed at all stages.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to an NVQ 2 level or able to demonstrate the required skills and experience.
  • Experience in residential maintenance and repairs is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to maintaining these standards.
  • Motivated and able to work to individual and team output targets.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving license is essential, with a company van provided.
