Your new role
In your new role, you will be working as an Architectural Technician within the Industrial sector, where you will be:Drafting and Designing: Create detailed drawings and plans for buildings using CAD software.Technical Support: Assist architects with technical details and specifications.Building Regulations: Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.Site Visits: Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and construction techniques.Problem Solving: Address technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
What you'll need to succeed
Preferred:

  • Experience within the industrial sector.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • All/most RIBA stages experience.
  • AutoCAD and/or Revit expertise.
