My client is at an independent firm based in Canary Wharf, looking to hire a Conveyancing Paralegal within their Residential Property department. This is an opportunity to work in a close team, working on a mixture of residential files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages.


The role is for a Conveyancing Paralegal, who has at least one year of experience working in property. The role will be strictly supporting fee-earners on their residential property files and managing your own caseload. My client is looking for a paralegal with New Build Plot Purchase experience who can really join the team and get stuck in. If you do have new build experience this could be a great opportunity for you to further develop and strengthen your skills as my client is offering the opportunity for training in areas where you may not be the most confident.


This role is available as the firm are looking to gain an experienced member of support staff who will help assist the residential team as a whole and stay long-term. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors in order to develop your skills further.


Requirements

A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).

At least one year New Build Plot Purchase experience.

At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.

Experience using case management systems.

Ambitious and hardworking attitude.
