Our client, a boutique Investment firm/Members Agent based in the City, is seeking a new Members’ Administrator to join their existing team. A small, motivated, high-performance business that offers great training, a supportive and collaborative culture, excellent benefits, and significant career progression, this is a particularly exciting time to join the company, as they have just embarked on an employee ownership scheme. Essentially a process driven, admin heavy role, candidates can expect to be involved in all the daily admin duties that ensure compliance is met by their members with all relevant Lloyd’s requirements. Although a process driven role, there is some external, client facing work from the get-go, and the right candidate is likely to be comfortable liaising with senior ad HNW people and have a natural and professional client facing manner. Candidates should also expect to be involved in more general office admin as this role reports into the OM, and a muck-in, team centric approach is appreciated. Our client has a strong preference for a candidate with a proven track record of reliability and trustworthiness and is looking for a candidate who wants a long term, permanent role.


For the right person, there is certainly career development and previous Members Admins have taken on increased level of client contact and investment involvement. The client is open to considering candidates with Lloyds/insurance admin experience, or indeed, a bright and committed junior candidate who can see the career opportunity. A hybrid role with excellent working hours and benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with an interest in Insurance, strong admin skills, and an excellent level of reliability and professionalism.
