Job Summary

Evolve Contract Solution Ltd (ECS) is a multi-service provider within the Facilities Management sector.

No two days are the same when working at ECS, jobs undertaken can range from Jet washing, site clearance, window cleaning, Cleaning, handy-man tasks including small repairs & grounds maintenance.

We aim to provide a 'one-stop-shop' solution to our commercial clients and most of these will use us time after time.

A fast response and a great quality of service underpins everything we stand for at ECS, this reputation leads to repeat and expanding work from our satisfied customers.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday (occasional Weekends) and hours can vary dependant on the project.

Rate of pay is dependent on experience and skill set. Uniform, holiday pay and pension scheme provided.

Duties

• To manage the workload of the multi-trade team of Operatives to ensure that all jobs are completed within the specified and agreed time scales.
• To coordinate as well as oversee the workflow of each project through to completion.
• To report on the progress of projects regularly in meetings and to be able to identify opportunities for improvement.
• To ensure everyone is working with health and safety protocols in mind.
• Visiting potential jobs/projects to establish what materials and labour would be needed to complete the job/project, completing a works survey.
• To manage a team of multi-trade Operatives to achieve a high quality, dynamic and enthusiastic workforce driven towards customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.
• To work alongside the team ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Skills

• From previous positions you must demonstrate a variety of trade skills such as joinery, plumbing, and general maintenance, this would be an advantage as the type of work varies day to day.
• This role can be physically demanding and will involve a fair amount of manual handling too.
• Excellent leadership skills to effectively supervise projects and guide team members.
• You are required to have a driving licence as a company vehicle may be provided after a trial period.
• Customer service orientation with strong communication skills in English.
• Capability to maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Experience in Multi-skills
• Experience in a Technical/Commercial environment
• Experience is Jet Washing & Window Cleaning
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
