Our client is a global leader in innovative payment solutions, offering tailored products such as prepaid cards, open banking, and corporate payment tools. Their mission is to empower businesses to streamline transactions, enhance customer experiences, and deliver cutting-edge financial solutions.


Role Overview:

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strong client relationships, and representing our suite of payment solutions in your region. This role combines strategic sales acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients across industries such as fintech, retail, gaming, and government to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for their payment solution needs.
  • Solution Selling: Present tailored payment solutions that address client challenges, aligning with their business goals and operational requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to position our products as market leaders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product, marketing, and implementation, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, proposals, and contracts using CRM tools.
  • Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to regional and global revenue objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within fintech, payments, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with the specific market dynamics in the US, UK, or Australian regions.
  • Understanding of payment technologies, open banking, and prepaid solutions is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
