About the Role:As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead all digital marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and driving sales through the company website, which serves as the core of their marketing activities. You'll manage relationships with digital agencies and partners to ensure successful execution across PPC, SEO, paid social, and other digital advertising channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy:
  • Develop and execute an annual digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Agency Management:
  • Lead day-to-day interactions with digital marketing agencies and third-party partners, ensuring optimal performance and value.
  • Campaign Leadership:
  • Oversee the creation and execution of awareness and intent campaigns, from creative briefing to performance optimization.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Design and manage the email marketing strategy, ensuring effective communication with both consumer and trade audiences.
  • Content Management:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Trading Manager and Communications team to deliver compelling website content and social media campaigns.
  • Budget Oversight:
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, track spending, and report on ROI to stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
