The Person

  • Experience across Marketing, Communications or Digital, you are a credible Senior Consultant with a strong background in the placement of Marketing talent.
  • You love to get under the bonnet of every client brief, enjoy building relationships with your candidates and are excited by the opportunity to work in a truly collegiate and collaborative team.

The Role:

  • A full 360 role, working alongside £500k+ billers, this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your capabilities as a standout, Marketing recruiter.
  • With a client list of over c250, the Marketing desk is ready for you to embrace and enhance these relationships.
  • This is a mixture of businesses with current and previous clients and therefore will utilise your love of account management alongside the excitement you get when rejuvenating lapsed relationships.
  • The opportunity for new business is huge and Business Development will play a major part in the role also. Supported by a fantastic set of resources, the world is your oyster to specialise in sectors you naturally gravitate to.
