Sales Representative

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter based in Walsall, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an office-based role, with some client visits required. You must have prior B2B sales experience and be comfortable following up on warm leads, and generating new leads. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build customer relationships, and being computer literate are essential.


Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation, including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities


Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
