The Company


We're teaming up with a major player in the UK food & drink space, dedicated to creating food and drink that celebrates natural goodness. They boast a portfolio filled with iconic brands that people love to enjoy every day.


The Role


As a Marketing Manager, you will drive market share, brand penetration, and growth in both retail and food service markets. With control over the marketing budget, you will lead a team of agencies to develop and execute comprehensive media plans.


The role also involves delivering a robust innovation roadmap and managing a Brand Manager, fostering the next generation of marketing leaders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will guide operations, product development, sales, and customer relations, while also engaging with external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a 3-5 year growth plan for the UK & European portfolio.
  • Track performance with data and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee innovation projects and develop new products.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio across all channels.
  • Use agile test-and-learn strategies for rapid market launches.
  • Integrate key growth initiatives across all functions.
  • Represent consumer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Create high-impact marketing assets and programs.
  • Develop and implement best practice toolkits.
  • Manage and develop the Marketing team.


About You:


  • Proven track record of driving channel and brand growth with impactful results.
  • Business-savvy with budget management experience.
  • Skilled in ideation, co-creation, and developing propositions based on consumer insights.
  • Strong project management and planning abilities.
  • Experience in team management, inspiring and developing talent.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
