What you’ll be doing:
- Provide assistance to daily helpdesk support requests by addressing inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, or Helpdesk system
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues through diagnostic and repair procedures
- Create new user accounts, profiles, and address related concerns
- Offer onboarding support for new employees
- Monitor servers and systems continuously to ensure uninterrupted service delivery around the clock
Your skills and experiences:
- The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience, and personal attributes:
- Desktop computers, mobile devices, tablets, and related accessories
- Windows operating systems from version 10 onwards
- Microsoft Office 365 suite
- You’ll have good knowledge of various Project Management aspects (tools, techniques, practices) and good knowledge of other functions
Job Role
We are currently seeking to hire a recent college graduate for the position of Helpdesk Support at our headquarters in Rugby. This individual will directly report to the IT Manager and will work collaboratively with the team responsible for managing the information technology needs of the organisation.
The Helpdesk support will be responsible for managing database systems, handling customer enquiries, coordinating office activities, maintaining office supplies, and administering company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time site-based role Monday – Friday 08.15 – 16.15.
