Director – Airline, Consulting, PSS, NDC, Offer & Order Management.


Newly created Director opportunity for a leading Travel Technology company specialising within the Airline industry.


As a key part of the Leadership team, you will help shape and drive a breadth of exciting and transformational solutions across an Airline client base.


Growing fast and as a result you will find opportunity to shape Consulting Solutions and GTM propositions and help build the Brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing a Consulting propositions in-line with Airline service industry trends and client demand (with a focus on Offer and Order Management).
  • Raising visibility of our Airline Technology capability; leading the development of innovative Airline thought leadership and viewpoints.
  • Strong contribution expected to business development activities by identifying new business opportunities, responding to requests for proposals, and proactively networking.
  • Serving as subject matter expert on product and its position in the industry. Industry standards activity (IATA).
  • Engaging and collaborating with customers, colleagues, and the wider industry to deliver market leading and transformational Offer & Order Management capability.

We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who have excellent relationship building and communication skills and thrive in a team environment.

Skills & experience should cover:

  • Broad and deep knowledge of Airline commercial IT, including Airline Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration.
  • Experience with PSS, DCS, Revenue Management, NDC, eCommerce and digital distribution and transition to Offer & Order Management.
  • The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging client-facing environments.
