Role Overview


As the Store Manager you will be ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for leading a talented team, maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail, and upholding the brand’s esteemed reputation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a large high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and appreciated.
  • Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance store performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s luxury image.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of top-selling products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven managerial experience in a high-end retail environment, preferably within the luxury jewellery sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in multi-site manager role or area manager roles within premium luxury brands would also be considered
