A highly regarded firm in Berkshire are currently seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its reputable team. Known for its commitment to excellence, this firm provides a collaborative and supportive environment for legal professionals to thrive.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Provide strategic advice and representation in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, ensuring the best interests of clients are safeguarded.
  • Stay abreast of changes in legislation and case law, applying this knowledge to provide informed and effective legal solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering clear and pragmatic advice tailored to individual needs.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity to work with a varied caseload and collaborate with their senior team members and partners.
