About the Position: Under functional reporting to the Support and Projects manager, is responsible for providing technical advice to clients and carrying out Zennio solutions projects in accordance with established procedures, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.


Responsabilities:


  • Project programming responsible: confirmation and validation of technical specifications with the client, project programming and documentation, with the goal of delivering a programmed and functioning solution according to the client's needs.
  • Together with the operations team, commissioning of mockup rooms according to the client's needs to showcase the functioning solution to be offered.
  • Providing support, maintenance, and handling technical inquiries throughout the entire life cycle of the project/product to address technical issues related to the project, ensuring good customer service and experience as expected.
  • Maintaining an active reporting system to the projects department regarding the needs identified in the projects to help improve products, solutions, and programming systems.
  • Leading integrations with local software in collaboration with the HQ team to forge partnerships with other industry partners.
  • Keeping work procedures up to date to facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
  • Providing technical advice to the sales team regarding programming possibilities to ensure that what is offered during the sales process can actually be programmed.
  • Conducting beta-testing of products/solutions to be included in new versions to ensure that the developed solutions meet customer needs.


Position requirements:


  • Degree + Master's in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent engineering degree in the technological branch.
  • KNX advanced knowlege
  • DALI
  • Network configuration experience.
  • Linux – basic knowledge
  • English level – C2/Native
