Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not a requirement as we are willing to train from the ground up.


Our incentives range from international trips to hikes in the countryside. We do end of month socials on the last Thursday of every month (recent ones being F1 Arcade, Toca Social and Sandbox VR).


We also take off the last Friday of every month, ensuring a 3 day weekend at least once a month


Alongside consistent sales training, we invite lifestyle coaches, CEO’s, financial planners, world travellers and athletes to provide their insights through various seminars held at our offices across the year. All of this is done with the intention to develop our consultants into well rounded business people as opposed to just top recruiters.

3. 1 hour work sample at our London HQ
