Project Manager

Hays have been asked to assist a leading contractor in their search for x2 Project Managers.
The project in question is a commercial Cat B fit out with a value of £600,000 - £2 million. You as the Project Manager will be expected to have expert construction knowledge and have experience working on commercial fit out projects. You will be number 1 on site and be expected to manage and see the project through till completion. The desirable candidate will be required to travel around central London with the head office beig located out of Essex.
- Preparation and management of project specific RAMS, HAVS & Toolbox talks. Along with all other requirements to meet the RMS standard health and safety systems of working.
- Ensure all health and safety requirements are being met
- Development and measurement of on-site health and safety performance. Ensuring compliance by the labour and management on site.
- Monthly reporting of health and safety incidents near misses, yellow and red cards, and subcontractor performance
