Key Responsibilities


  • Licensing Partnership Management: Support the Licensing Manager in building and maintaining relationships with licensing partners within the Williams Racing portfolio.
  • Strategic Development: Understand our client's objectives and fanbase segments to leverage license partnerships for maximum impact.
  • IP Rights Management: Oversee the process for IP rights, design, development, production reviews, and approvals.
  • Commercial Opportunities: Identify and convert commercial and brand opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute partner business plans, including strategy, activation, engagement, and measurement.
  • Global Stakeholder Relations: Manage designated accounts and maintain relationships with global stakeholders within partner companies.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven track record in partnership management and brand extensions, with knowledge of core licensing and marketing principles.
  • Marketing Expertise: Experience in building and executing marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand partners' business drivers and strategies, and to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in IT packages, particularly the MS Office suite.
  • Passion for Sports: A deep knowledge of and passion for consumer products, sport, and entertainment.
