We are excited to announce that we have partnered with a well-respected law firm and have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ year PQE to join their Commercial Property team at their Dartford office. This is a fantastic chance for a motivated professional to work with a diverse client base on non-contentious commercial property matters.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Represent clients in freehold acquisitions and disposals, as well as commercial leasehold transactions.
  • Manage site acquisitions and development projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle secured lending matters in collaboration with financial institutions.
  • Oversee business sales and purchases, with some involvement in residential property transactions as required.
  • Provide expert legal advice while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-year PQE in commercial property law.
  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to legal practice.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage your own caseload effectively while meeting tight deadlines and targets.
  • Experience in residential conveyancing is desirable but not essential.
  • Calm and professional demeanour, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident, commercially minded, and skilled in navigating complex property issues.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break).
