Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintain associated documentation.
  • Administer the manning plan, facilitating travel arrangements for the consortium logistics team.
  • Verify clearance for all personnel travel and manage offshore timesheets.
  • Maintain accurate material and equipment tracking lists, crew planner, and weekly movements log.
  • Compile and administer project variation paperwork and maintain related registers.
  • Generate, administer, and organize all Project files for offshore delivery and administration.
  • Handle vendor and subcontractor correspondence efficiently.



Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE/'O' Level (Including English and Maths).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Personable and approachable with a focus on building effective relationships.
  • Flexible and adaptable, capable of working autonomously.
  • Proficient in Business Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment, industry experience an advantage.
