The Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join 360's expanding head office team working alongside the CEO and Senior Leadership team.


As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our travel services to our global market. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our luxury travel business. Experience in the travel industry would be advantageous.


Role Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our luxury travel offerings across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage high-net-worth individuals and luxury travellers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the luxury travel industry.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and digital advertising campaigns, to maximize visibility and drive traffic to our luxury travel offerings.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing marketing materials, including presentations, and promotional videos, to showcase our luxury travel destinations and experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including luxury hotels, resorts, airlines, and tour operators, to develop collaborative marketing initiatives and enhance our portfolio of offerings.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive in the luxury travel market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our luxury travel brand and establish strategic partnerships.


Role Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, with hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messaging and storytelling through various marketing channels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for luxury travel and a keen eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for industry events and meetings.
