We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our multi-award winning team. With aspirations to become the UK’s number one legal services provider, our newest Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving our growth in a creative and engaging way.


Main duties include:

  • Support B2B marketing campaigns through panel law firm retention and recruitment initiatives, market research, producing online and print communications, copywriting, creating annual White Paper and State of the Market survey, building newsletters, organising events, and managing the CRM tool.
  • Manage all organic and boosted social media channels (B2B and B2C) to enhance engagement and maintain profiles; create written and graphic content, collaborate with senior management to maximise reach, identify content opportunities, recommend innovative strategies, monitor comments, and handle social media inquiries.
  • Manage and update content for B2B and B2C websites, including articles, customer reviews, case studies, and video content; monitor online comments and Trustpilot reviews, responding to feedback to protect the client's online reputation.
  • Support and enhance PR campaigns by conducting market research, creating and distributing targeted content, staying updated on news to identify opportunities, sharing positive reviews, and managing internal competition and rewards schemes to raise brand awareness across all media.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital and social content, including tracking performance, ROI, and competitor activity, using various tools and GA4, and prepare regular reports on social media, PR campaigns, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews for management and relevant teams.


Requirements of a Marketing Executive:

  • If you’re an enthusiastic, self-motivated, competent professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong willingness to learn and develop, then you’ll be a great addition to our team.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a broad range of social media, marketing, digital and public relations experience along with excellent planning, organisational, creative and copywriting skills.
  • Within the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of agreed activities across B2B and B2C on-and-offline activities and campaigns, social and digital content, as well as supporting the team to develop and deliver marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Measuring the return on investment of activities and campaigns will be key to you continuing to learn and build on your successes.
  • You will have experience working in a marketing role, ideally incorporating B2B and B2C activities.
