Role


The role of the Business Systems Analyst is to support, maintain and enhance the business applications to best fit the business needs. The Business Systems Analyst reports to the Head of IT Development and works collaboratively with two further Business Systems Analysts and two Application Support Analysts to:


Support all business functions to ensure ERP / CRM applications are configured for efficient use.

Gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing and delivering system improvement via application configuration or software development.

Identifying and documenting development requirements and working with vendors to deliver.

Evaluation, testing and deployment of regular application updates.

Production of end user documentation and delivery of training.

On boarding of acquired businesses to Rubix ERP systems

Evaluation and implementation of new applications.

Report, interface, and dashboard design within the K8 ERP system

Essential skills:


· A track record of ERP system advanced support, maintenance and development


· Ability to manage multiple projects and issue resolution at any one time.


· Proven requirement gathering and analysis skills.


· Excellent documentation skills


· Experience within a distribution-based industry


· A clear understanding of finance functions


Desired skills:


· Experience working with K8 ERP system.


· Finance or operations experience


· Business Analysis qualification (ISEB)
