Xec-t is working closely with an excellent firm seeking a Family solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team.


As a Family Solicitor, you will be a key member of the firm’s family law department, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of family law matters. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through legal processes with empathy and professionalism.


  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, domestic violence, adoption, and financial settlements.
  • Conduct client consultations to provide clear, practical advice and develop tailored legal strategies.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and legal precedents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the highest standards of legal practice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and client care
