Lifecycle Management have an exciting position for a confident Account Manager to join their fast paced team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset and a background in sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and building existing relationships, managing their team and coordinating resources to ensure a high quality service is delivered to all accounts within a portfolio in order to maximise income and growth opportunities.
Part of the Commercial Services Group, Lifecycle has over 30 years’ experience in providing clients with procurement and contract management solutions. Historically focused on delivering services within the NHS sector, we are now expanding to deliver services across the wider public sector. Our team is passionate about delivering real change on behalf of our clients, ensuring compliance, delivering whole life value for money and providing outstanding customer service and expertise.

Key duties -
- Manage and drive the sales process within each account to maximise the additional opportunities to support the financial targets of the business
- Provide customers with a full service throughout their entire journey, implementing and delivering a full account and projected managed delivery experience
- Take responsibility for coordinating and managing the implementation of any new accounts assigned
- Ensure all customer sales enquiries, compliant handling and account management is in line with agreed SLA’s
- Identify, prepare and submit tender responses to identify sales opportunities to broaden scope of services delivered
What we need from you -
- Experience of driving growth through sales and delivery of set KPI’s
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a particularly strong telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure, resolving issues in a timely manner and prioritising workload to meet targets set
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid working relationships
