We have an incredible new opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join a prestigious National Law Firm. This role is based in the Birmingham area.
Prior experience within a legal compliance environment is vital, specifically within an AML role working within a law firm. Equally, familiarity with UK Sanctions and AML, CPF Regulations and CTF would be desirable for this role.
Within this position, you will conduct AML and CDD processes, analyse results and escalate issues where necessary, as well as follow screening policies to identify PEPs, Sanctions and Adverse Media. You will also identify, report and update compliance systems where potential instances of non-compliance occur. Equally, you will liaise with fee earners, clients and others to ensure a quality service.
This position is ideal for a driven individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
