What Will You Be Doing?
- Scouting, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent for their homes.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
- Utilising creative sourcing methods to find the best candidates.
- Lead engaging interviews and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
- Managing the Talent team.
What Do We Need From You?
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the care, hospitality or retail sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Team management experience.
