Travel Assistant for a Private Family Office in central London.
This role will suit a PA who with experience in end-to-end management and travel logistics for a HNW family in their newly established family office. Seeking a PA who has experience and exposure in supporting HNWI’s and their needs, and who thrives in providing a first-class service at all times. A fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality team, reporting into the Senior EA and assisting with complex travel, itineraries, multi-leg trips, visas, and wider projects. As with the nature of the role, there will peaks and troughs of busy periods throughout the year, and on occasion may require you to work on last minute requests, and out of hours. It is therefore essential you are happy to be contacted out of hours and have a flexible approach. In return you will be joining a team that prides themselves on delivering excellence, with true opportunity for long term career progression. Concierge, luxury travel and family office backgrounds will suit this role well.
The ideal PA will be trustworthy, discreet, and positive in outlook.
Please note this is an office-based role, 5 days a week, based in beautiful offices in Central London.
