Cumbria, United Kingdom Rachael Bell Wealth Management Full time

About the job

The role: Ditch the grey suit, stock up on the biscuits and prepare to do financial planning Rachael Bell Wealth Management style.

We’re not your average financial advisors - we go about things differently in our Practice and are proud of what our compact but perfectly formed team achieves every day.

Relationships with our clients are central to how we operate, and we work shoulder-to-shoulder with them to support their financial freedom aspirations.

We’re not looking for a ‘normal’ financial planner - we need someone who will bring a unique perspective and personality to the business.

You’ll need to be happy being front and centre, playing a part in our unique marketing mix which includes podcasts, social media campaigns, magazine and newspaper features and video content.

Of course, you will need the technical and regulatory knowledge to do that job as well. If you're still with us, let’s get to it.

Minimum Requirements: You will already have attained the Level 4 Qualification in Regulated Financial Advice, and have relevant professional experience, ideally a minimum of five year’s experience and working towards Level 6 Advanced Qualification.

Earnings: For the right candidate there is a generous remuneration package on offer. You will be employed with a competitive salary to reflect experience, and a generous on target earnings bonus. You will have the potential to earn £90k+ within two years, with the opportunity for further progression.

Are you:

  • Someone who is ready to take the next step in your career and can demonstrate that you are proactive, energetic, and ambitious?
  • Someone who has a client-centric approach and mindset?
  • Can you demonstrate excellent levels of client service?
  • Someone who thrives on developing strong and lasting professional relationships with clients, both in person and remotely?
  • A capable self-starter who can maximise the support structure behind you to achieve your aspirations and potential?
  • An individual with the ability to generate client referrals and follow them through to completion
  • Someone who cares deeply about best practice, strong team spirit and positive client outcomes?

How will RBWM support you:

We will provide bespoke support to ensure your smooth transition into our business including:

  • Existing client servicing opportunities, with both private and corporate clients
  • Specialist advice and technical support
  • Exceptional marketing support
  • Streamlined administration allowing more face-to-face time with clients

You will receive all the support and training required to build your potential and further your career, network and clients. This includes a team approach to help with client acquisition - we work on business development and growth together - as well as supporting you to build long-term relationships.

You will have the benefit of working with highly trained advice professionals using proven processes and the latest technology. RBWM will support you to ensure that client cases are processed efficiently and effectively. This will enable you to focus your time on face-to-face activity with clients, without being burdened with excessive administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial planner looking to take the next step in their career, working with a business that is committed to supporting you on your journey.

We provide an environment in which you can concentrate on what is important: providing true financial planning to clients to help them meet their financial needs and objectives.

If this sounds like the next step for you, please apply above.
