Manchester, United Kingdom Nixor Full time

Nixor are currently working with a software house based in Manchester City Centre who are looking for an IT Trainer to join their team. The are currently going through a complete re-write of the major CRM software product. Having over 15 years in the industry they have built a reputation as being market specialist and after a really successful couple of years they are now looking to add a Software Trainer to their team after the person dong this role recently received a promotion.

The role will be to work with their end clients and help train them up on this large and complex CRM software. This training takes one of two forms.

  1. The first being bespoke configuration and set-up training. This is where the end client will adapt the product to their unique business requirements. As the software trainer you will be involved heavily in this process working with the key stakeholders at the client side to help them define best practice and configure the system to their bespoke needs & then setting up a small group as super users.
  2. The second type of training will be the roll-out of the core product to the wider customer base. This will either be the specific configuration as mentioned above or teaching new customers who have opted for he “off the shelf” package and taking them through the user journey.

Much of the training is delivered virtually, however if you wanted to do more face to face training, they are happy to accommodate this.

One great thing with this role is that there are career opportunities within the role. The current trainer has moved into a more Data Visualization focused role as she wanted to become more technical.

To be considered you will require a couple of years experience in a software training role.

The role is 2 days a week in the city centre Manchester office and 3 days working from home and is paying circa £40,000 a year plus your standard benefits.
