What you'll do

• Contribute to our brand as a dynamic and disruptive learning solutions company, where trusted partnerships and an exceptional client experience is at the heart of who we are

• Deliver interactive and engaging training, using a variety of activities with a natural and approachable style, across a host of different mediums including face to face, and virtual platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and client-led systems

• Design innovative and impactful training content, leaning on your experience in leadership and soft skills

• Consult with senior client stakeholders to understand and unpick their organisation’s challenges and offer clear, simple and tangible learning solutions, where possible leaning on your own corporate experience

• Work with the internal team to create visually appealing client proposals where required

• Develop long-term client relationships with stakeholders across a variety of brands

• Manage projects from start to finish, effectively communicating, keeping things on track and analysing return on investment and impact

• Be part of the PeopleUnboxed team, supporting the internal team as well as our external partners and associate trainers where required, and contributing to business success

• Keep up-to-date with current and evolving industry trends
