Leading specialist brand is seeking an Garment Technologist to be integral in ensuring all garments meet the highest standards in fit, quality and comfort requirements through rigorous and ongoing testing.


Working collaboratively with the buying & design team, you will be:


  • Creating and managing size specs and grading for factory samples
  • Conducting fittings, analyse fits and make recommendations on findings
  • Monitoring the critical path to ensure all deadlines are met for pre-production and gold seals
  • Development of size gradings
  • Be the key technical specialist between design and buying teams



Candidates will need:


  • Excellent attention to detail to drive continuous improvement in all garments
  • Experience of swimwear, lingerie or nightwear from another fashion brand, retailer or major supplier - this is essential
  • Proficiency in creating and grading size specifications
  • Experience of working with suppliers and testing labs



This role is offered on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Candidates must have right to work in the UK status and be based in the local Yorkshire regions and accessible to the head office.
