Our client work with some of the largest Bermuda and Lloyd's brokers and insurers on a collateralised reinsurance, structured products and algorithmic underwriting transactions.


This will be a highly visible role to the reinsurance marketplace & have overall responsibility for sales, origination & execution of deals within the reinsurance & retro market


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in reinsurance broking or a closely aligned origination background and will have responsibility for building and executing a pipeline of high rate online business with emphasis on retro, property nat cat & peak peril risk, ILW’s & parametric and MGA business


Reporting to the executive team, this role will have a global remit with a focus that is central to the origination, engagement ownership, client management & deal execution for reinsurance transactions.


This role will require engagement at all levels including C-suite & the Head of Origination will not only leverage their existing relationships but have flair for forging new relationships globally across all reinsurance counterparties including sophisticated carriers, reinsurance broking firms of all sizes, direct insurers & fronting carriers and Lloyd’s syndicates & targeted to unearth reinsurance opportunities which can be structured & packaged into the capital markets
