Join an ambitious onshore wind developer with an industry-leading portfolio. Taylor Hopkinson is excited to be partnered with an outstanding developer seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Scheduler to join our dedicated team. This is a crucial role in compiling and reporting detailed project plans to the management team and stakeholders.
The Project Scheduler will report to the PMO Manager and collaborate closely with the project support functions, aiming to enhance our reporting standards and ways of working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and teams to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans in Microsoft Project across our portfolio.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Communicate updates and feedback on project status to project teams and the PMO Manager.
  • Lead Schedule Risk Analysis through 'What-if' scenario planning and quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis tools.
  • Elevate the profile of project schedules among the project team, ensuring key stakeholders are informed of current delivery timelines and the impacts related to their scopes.
  • Prepare and present reports and documents to support project decision-making and evaluation.
  • Compile, monitor, and report against KPIs to track project performance.
  • Provide key milestone reporting at project, program, and portfolio levels.
  • Maintain high schedule quality through regular health checks.

Experience & Background:

  • Expertise in MS Project for project and portfolio planning
  • Extensive project planning experience within large, multi-contract Engineering and Construction projects, including knowledge of construction contracting structures (e.g., NEC)
  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and teams across different levels and functions
