Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team full-time in the UK. This is more than just a job—it’s a mission to make a meaningful impact by improving accessibility and enhancing the quality of life for individuals through our innovative solutions.

As a key team member, you will represent UDOOR Bathtub Door, forging strong relationships with clients while driving sales and promoting our transformative product and services.

We are seeking someone with experience in mobility products and services, ideally with a background in working with local councils, charities, mobility shops, or organisations that focus on accessibility and support for people with mobility challenges.


Responsibilities
  • Sell UDOOR bathtub door products and related services to B2B clients, including mobility shops, hotels, healthcare facilities, plumbers, renovation companies, and bathroom retailers.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, while nurturing long-term business relationships.
  • Assess customer needs, create tailored proposals, and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Lead sales negotiations and manage contract preparation and closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market development strategies.


Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and training.
  • Knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to clearly communicate product benefits to clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Experience in the healthcare or accessibility industry is an advantage.
  • Secondary education level (minimum) and a valid category B driving licence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
