Job Title: PMO Planner - Finance Transformation Programme
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract
Rate: £450-£500 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote with occasional travel to the Midlands
Are you an experienced PMO Planner with a proven track record in finance transformation projects? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation embarking on a transformative journey, implementing SAP S/4 Hana to revolutionise their financial processes.
About the Role
As the PMO Planner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Programme Management Office, ensuring effective project planning, governance, and reporting for this large-scale transformation programme. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that drive successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
- Facilitate governance and reporting processes, providing critical insights to ensure timely decision-making.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with teams to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies throughout the programme lifecycle.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a PMO Planner within large-scale finance transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana or similar ERP implementations.
- Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Solid knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
