We seek a talented and creative Digital Content Editor to join our team here at Hestia. As a Digital Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy across digital platforms — that aligns with our company's vision and meets the needs our target audiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support content creation efforts and help position and shape our brand's voice. Your digital and writing skills plus attention to detail and quality will contribute to enhancing our communications, engaging our audiences and driving business goals across our digital environments.
A day in this role looks like….
As a Digital Content Editor at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Digital Central Service. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.
A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, target audience and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage editorial calendar to deliver timely content across various digital platforms.
- Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.
- Ensure publishing of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
- Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), and ensure content is organised and easily accessible for future use.
The Digital Experience team at Hestia is responsible for creating, managing, and optimising digital products and services. We collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to provide a digital lens to departmental strategies and actively drive growth and maturity across our digital capabilities and operations.
We cover the full remit of digital experience, from strategy, to service design and product development and management.

- Degree in marketing, communication, media or a related field.
- Experience in content strategy development and implementation
- Knowledge of user research and user testing techniques.
- An analytical mindset, able to interpret data and metrics and optimise content performance.
- Knowledge of content marketing trends, audience segmentation and persona development.
