As Group Head of Marketing, you will be the ultimate champion of our brand. You’ll lead the team in developing and implementing the complete marketing plan for all categories and channels. This is an exciting and demanding role that requires leadership, collaboration, creativity, self-motivation, project management and attention-to-detail. You’ll facilitate all channel relationships, connecting internal departments and key external stakeholders. You’ll be committed to consistently understanding our audiences, their relationships, aspirations concerns, interests, and media habits. Together with the Chairman, you will work to shape and evolve the brand vision, strategy, plans and integrated marketing campaigns that are digital first. Your focus will be on continuously developing and improving our customer journey to create a flawless experience for people purchasing our homes.

Responsibilities of the role


  • Shape Brand Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Chairman to define the brand vision, strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns. Focus on digital-first initiatives that drive the shift to online while ensuring seamless integration across all channels. Regularly communicate and present to key stakeholders to seek alignment and support for the brand vision.
  • Lead and Inspire the Team: Provide leadership and direction to a talented team, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining morale, and fostering engagement.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Continuously develop and refine the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience for customers purchasing our homes.
  • Gain Market Insights: Identify consumer, product, and market insights. Share regional insights with partners and agencies to shape our market positioning.
  • Develop Effective Campaigns: Communicate clear and effective briefs to the brand team to create market-leading campaigns that are designed to increase lead volumes and brand growth ultimately driving increased sale volumes.
  • Manage Project Lifecycle: Oversee projects from initial concept through development, execution, and measurement/review.
  • Ensure Channel Integration: Collaborate with regional marketing managers to ensure activities are integrated across channels and touchpoints, maintaining consistent messaging while addressing local relevance.
  • Drive Brand Awareness and Sales: Create campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales through strategic use of creativity, consumer-relevant messaging, and a meaningful media mix.
  • Implement Marketing Plans: Lead the team in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans for all categories and channels.
  • Manage External Agencies: Work closely with external agencies to implement and monitor extensive paid media strategies aimed at increasing lead volumes and brand awareness.
  • Paid Media Strategy and Implementation: Design, implement, and closely monitor extensive paid media strategies to boost lead volumes and brand awareness.
  • Website and UX Driving Ecom Experience: Collaborate with digital agencies to ensure a standard e-commerce user experience on our website, driving improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience Technology: Develop and implement customer experience technologies, including mobile apps and modifications to the "My Account" section, to enhance user interaction and satisfaction. Working closely with CRM experts to optimise the system for ease of use and customer profiling.
  • Manage Budgets: Develop and manage annual marketing budgets effectively.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Continuously monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, assessing results and return on investment.
