About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating content items from various internal teams, liaising with our external content partner, maintaining project plans, and creating email templates in Dotmailer. Your goal will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our weekly member newsletters, enhancing member engagement and satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content items for newsletters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our external content partner.
  • Review content provided by the partner to ensure it aligns with our brand standards and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for newsletter production.
  • Track progress of content creation, review, and approval processes.
  • Conduct thorough checks of newsletters before sending to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and analyse newsletter performance metrics to inform future content and design improvements.
  • Collect and act on member feedback to continuously improve the newsletter experience
