The Role:
You will advise a diverse clientele on a wide range of investment funds matters, including:
- Fund formation and structuring
- Investor relations and fundraising
- Regulatory compliance (including AIFMD, UCITS, and FCA regulation)
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Fund restructurings and liquidations
You will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve their investment objectives while managing legal and regulatory risks.
